Course Registration
Download & fill out the appropriate form for the course of interest. You can provide a "wet" signature on the 1st day of class.
Additional Information
Gather & Submit any transcripts (Military, College, Dive Certifications, etc.) even if they do not directly apply to the course. This is required by the VA in order to apply any valid previous training.
